Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of unique Home Decor and handmade Jewelry. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, please review our policy below and contact us to arrange a return.

Eligibility Window

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn (for jewelry), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, if possible.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure the quality and uniqueness of our offerings, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or items marked as clearance

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you an email with return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the return address provided within 7 days of receiving the authorization.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item), we will pay for the return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

  • For all other returns (e.g., if you changed your mind or the item didn’t fit your space/style), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected]
